Here are the property statistics for Mesa Arizona for November 2023. The real esate market in Mesa Arizona for November 2023 shows a slow down of sales compared to last month. 287 single family homes were sold, 2.71% fewer than October and down 7.72% from this time last year. These aren’t huge drops and whilst the median sales price of $480k is slightly down from October 2023, it is still an increase of 4.35% compared to the median sales price achieved in October 2022.

November 2023 saw 760 active listings on the market, a rise of 19.68% compared to last month. Meaning there’s some great choices out there for buyers right now. Saying this, active listings are down by a mighty 41.98% compared to twelve months prior. There’s still plenty of viewings available so our buyers are sure to find some perfect properties on their real estate search.

Houses were on the market for an average of 48 days in November 2023. This is a rise of 9.09% from October 2023 and a drop of 5.75% compared to November 2022. This fluctuation doesn’t represent a massive market change.
